Terrible experience of working.. treat you as a slave, fully biased between south and north indian side.. if you are from North side it's a hell.. they will terminate you without even informing.. if you ask for relieving letter they will mention the reason as terminated means all your span of working becomes useless for you, in my 7months journey they fired around 90 people including me, and few of them were rewarded couple of months back, not even gave salary for 5 working days to me, no PF no holidays neither us nor indian 100% calling in us holidays you will be given leave forcefully which will be marked as LOP, they have set a pay period in such a manner that they count 20 days in a month (another froud) means your 1 leave will cost you atleast 2500 it's not company it's a trap all what you feel at last is the regret only at last..
