The manager, skin practitioners and other sales managers were nice.

The sales pressure is through the roof. They have 1st bucket closing on 10th where the sales target is 6 lakhs. 2nd bucket closing on 20th and the sales target is 8 lakhs 40,000 and month closing on 30th/31st of every month where you gotta achieve another 9,60,000 which makes it a total target of 24 lakhs per month. When you’re nearing the bucket closing, the pressure feels too much. Also they give you the job saying you have to counsel patients and do sales but what they don’t tell you is as a sales manager your job is just to go through the old client cards and do card calling the entire day. You also have to work as a receptionist, ask clients for water/tea/coffee. Make sure the rooms are ready, skin practitioners are ready for treatment blah blah. I thought sales manager is a good post but all in all I was just a TELE-CALLER cum RECEPTIONIST cum CLINIC COORDINATOR. All for the measly salary of a sales manager. They deducted 3000 rupees for my uniform in the 1st month. Despite working there for more than 3 months, my uniform hadn’t been given to me. I felt like I was in a pressure cooker cuz all everyone talked about was SALES, SALES and more SALES. Too much Workload and salary deductions every month and auditors talk in a very rude way. They don't understand that the person is unwell and she worked for the whole day because they don't have much staff, on the other hand also applied unpaid leave for that day which is very frustrating.

There is no such likes the company is good for nothing and worst part is their owner Mr. Varun is least bothered about it and he is replying on a dumb person Mr. Singh. I have been asked to drop the job in such a situation where I felt like dying.

Don't think of joining such small companies which are more than a small retail outlet of FMCG product

I working as Clinic Manager don't have issue with mangment earlier but they believe only in rumors nd manipulation. I'm very ambitious for career nd for my Day goal but in charge branch there is laday her Name is Deeskha who is working as zonal Head but mind below then SP.she is good enough to make fool nd spread rumors and speakinglie to all full day she is doing same thing. Start her day speaking lie speak about bad full with negatives. It's my worst experience working with her. She is just coming for punching nd putting the discount mesg in team groups always active in mangment group because she believe only show off. Full day she just think what to eat how I can go from Clinic coming for punching nd making everybody fool went form Clinic a2 hours 3 hours lost from.clinic. best part is all Mangment members knows this but can't take any decision because she just trust on words if mangment is taking decision about any members they are not taking feedback from other staff what she is doing under roof..so guys I would suggest if ur going to join Chandigarh branch with don't do that because she wants to secure her job so she can speaking lie about you she will create such environment where u can't work. I was shock we active Target when i joined and her wording is don't do more otherwise mangment will ask more how disgusting mind set. Nothing as such , but that clinic coordinator was very good she knew that I don’t deserve that company she always supported me to apply at better places.

First, salary they hire people without proper education qualifications for job roles , just want cheap labours. Second, the work as I was working a skin practitioner most of the machines are not even in proper working conditions they just want money from customers that’s all. Most of their clinics are situated in tier 1 cities, the basic salary they offer is just 18k and it’s very difficult for a normal person exists that much low salary .
