Since the team size is fairly low, there is no micromanagement and strict shift timings.

Due to the small team size, workload is high which forces to work additional hours. Appraisal/ hike is very low compared to market standards. No bonus, rewards or any sort of compensation which could motivate the employee. Employee concerns and complaints are heard by immediate managers, however they don't have the power to make constructive decisions and support the team.
