You get to work on many technologies . but the work load is so high , you rarely get to learn something

1.Work life balance. I used to work from 9 in the morning to 12 in the night. there is no balance. 2. Culture. there is a manager known for screaming and being really rude to her subordinates. 3. Salary. They paid me 10,000 rupees a month for a full-stack developer job. i was literally working vuejs, c# and even Aws cloud and they paid me a measly 10,000. 4.Fraud. They promised me (verbally), that salary would be increased after my 3 month intern phase is done. after spending 3 months they said ,appraisals and increments only happen after a year. they expected me to work that hard for 10,000. Neither the CEO or the HR saw anything wrong with that. i left that place 5 days after that, and absconded.i could not work there anymore its a pretty sad place. if you are a fresher you can join the company but please leave before they suck the life out of you...Read More
