Likes

Good working environment and culture. Colleges are very supportive. Company policy is good for everyone. Appraisals is fair and they give a great salary and hike every year.

Dislikes

Salary is very good but career growth is too slow

Work Details

In starting at clearpack I am very confuse what I am doing, nobody help me & support me. But after some time my boss giving me a project & full support after that I am stable in clearpack. Thanks to my boss & today I have complete in 5 Year 7 Months.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
