Nothing to like in this company, No one can work in this kind of toxic environment, Even if the Management (Family Employees) want you to kick out from the company, They can easily kick out to you without providing you the experience letter and salary details. You have no proofs that you have given your time to such a d***c company.

Dislikes

I can write whole day about dislikes for this company. Narrow minded Management - They want to work like a daily labourers. I can tell you one incident, I am leading a team of E-commerce and they are doing very well, performing all the task up to date, they came office between 9 to 9:15 am and if required they are always happy to strech their shift but The CEO wants me to hold them in a office till 8 pm, at the time of leaving 6:30pm they want me to schedule a meeting with them for 1 hour. Now you can judge the mentality of this management and this company. Even though, he fires immediate 4 people from my team just to raise their voices about the incentives they promised, only 2000 rs incentive per head that too was not given to them after achieving all the sales target....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs.
