If you are more interested to learn about engineering means you can learn. But, they didn't give respect.

Dislikes

They will treat you a like uneducated people. Please don't go after finishing your graduation. You will face bad bosses.No one respect you. Actually, if you join as a trainee you are remote car for this company. They will operate like remote car. Everyone tell you to carry a material and deliver to the nearby plant. And they damage your skills, interest of learning, career. No esi, no pf for all trainee people. They will tell you. This is general shift. But, i am seriously telling. They did not allow you to home at correct time. I lost my happiness, mental health while working in this company....Read More

a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
