A so called un*ducated12 th pass TL who has left the company is so sham*less that they just can't move on from Cityfurnish. Every few days, she come to write something on Ambition Box. Find something else to do in life, sister, instead of telling us to look for a job - we've already found one! In fact, now i hire people like you. Move on from Cityfurnish, bro. And Regarding medical iss*es, you should know the company asks for employees medical certificates not their family members . But sorry how would you even know? After all, you're a un*ducated 12 th pass, person who somehow become a TL. Looks like showing just the mid*le fin*er wasn't enough for you, so you came back for more. And of course, you have play the vi*tim card again - awwwww, couldn't handle the humiliation? That's why you ran away from the company like a coward and not the just the you just left the city. hahaha.. And you're telling us to find the find a job? We already did, kiddo You go and find something else to do and move on from Cityfurnish. Also, I'm thankful that i worked at this organization and got to see such a toxic culture. Be mature, move on, and understand what a good culture and good work environment looks like. Fix you mentality, or else you'll remain a un*ducated 12th pass, TL in this companies like this, Good companies with a good culture won't even consider people like you. And as for us? We have talent. It's such a useless company where managers randomly promote people to TL positions. The work environment and culture are terrible. I was employed in the Collections Department at Cityfurnish, and I left the company to pursue a better opportunity. However, I made the decision to leave without serving the full notice period. Before my departure, the HR department confirmed that they would provide my relieving letter after adjusting my final settlement (FNF). Unfortunately, despite this assurance, I have yet to receive my relieving letter, which has caused a delay in my professional transition and is affecting my ability to proceed with certain future opportunities. As everyone knows, the Company named cityfurnish did not have a good record. If anyone wants to know about the company you can connect any previous employee who had served here. The company's CEO named Neerav Jain doesn't want that any employee left from here. He thought that everyone is here like bonded laborers who will work here approximately 6-7 years in 5% increment. As a CEO if you are not getting funds from anywhere then deduct money from the employees salary. That's a great failure for your company and it's a reason also that's why the newer company is not a startup and you had a startup from last 9 years. Neerav, I shall suggest that left this type of cheap habit and than there will be some changes to grow up. I was working as a HR Intern at Cityfurnish. I had the best time over there in terms of learning and I will forever cherish it. I would like to take a moment to thank my manager who is great in whatever work she does. She was very supportive and always motivated me to do better.
