Good working environment and culture. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year..If talking about Teammates they are fully supportive and the management is transparent.

No company in the world is just perfect. While we grow, there are things that are evolving (technology, adding office spaces, formalising procedures etc) that comes along with any growing company. I have been working with City Space India for 5 years now. There is good working environment as well as culture in company. Teammates are supportive and management is very transparent in terms of company policies. Appraisal are fair for each employees. Company is in growing phase.

Worst company ever. No Job Security. No learning . Total waste of time. Company is having 6-7 employees only. Still too much Politics . Please don't join there otherwise you will spoil your future.

Owner and team leader are all welcoming and accepting but one in first few months. They try to keep friendly environment by organising get together from time to time.

Dislikes

Growth is nil and compensation is more than taken away from you in the name of salary justification. Owner has major trust issues with his employees. And leader there is often too lazy or afraid to discuss anything with employees. I will never suggest anyone to waste any time with them as they are pretty happy and satisfied with themselves and will treat you like a outsider after some time.
