Work environment is good, and they pay their teachers well, best in the city. A lot of dedication and innovation is expected out of teachers. They organise teachers' training sessions, IT assessments and lot of other things to ensure quality. Work life balance does suffer a bit, because of too many responsibilities shouldered upon a teacher. But if you are smart enough, you can cope with it as well. Career growth is nominal, probably because of lesser options in the hierarchy of a school as compared to others, but they give you good increment in your salary at the beginning of every session. Life of a CMS teacher is quite hectic, so is mine. Its not just the subject classes and notebook correction I do. Along with that, I am the Generation Global coordinator there. I take hobby classes, remedial classes and even do home visits

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)
