Except salary everything else is bad, they expect you to stay in the school till 5 pm without extra pay and no holidays during heavy rainy day or bad health, they expect you to leave your personal life and work for the. Salary is good as compared to other schools.

It is very fast paced and there are various avenues to develop professionally. However you don't have a personal life left. All you do is work.

You ca be removed on a whim. You have to work all the time from 5 in morning to 1 in night. There is no work life balance. You have to achieve impossible standards. There is also lots of backstabbing. Be careful
