Working in CMS is a wonderful experience, here we learn many new things which enhance our personality overall. Appraisal is yearly as per the performance. Workshop is conducted by the school authorities. No traveling is required.

Dislikes

There is too much work pressure, we all are engaged with work all the time. No time for socialization.

A very well managed and organised institution. Makes you work really hard but makes sure that you are rewarded for each and every task that you perform in terms of cash and kind. Excellent paymasters. Demand a lot of your time, personal life gets affected but monetary rewards are a balm, most of the time.

Too time consuming. No time for family life.
