Nothing to like here.to much time to work. Project manager is bogus shouting without any reason. Little toxic work culture the management is very low not understand the employees problem. Salary doesn't give on time. Strict time 9hours a day which is very much.

HR is very supportive, Project Managers are co-operative and specially the C.E.O of the company is very congenial and supportive in career growth of the employees.

Nothing like that but more public holidays should be allowed.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
