The erstwhile Citrix R&D was very good, and It deserves 5 stars, but after the merger with Tibco and upon the formation of the new Cloud Software Group company, it got worse.

Dislikes

Because of the merger with Tibco, leadership changed and the company culture changed. The new culture was very worse which led me to leave the organization.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Citrix will give so much high hopes because of its brand but internally it's now a public entity after merging with TIBCO and the work life balance is worst here. Every month people are laid off because of downsizing. Even new joiners are being laid off and who are more extroverts are given preferences... No one will see your work.
