You can learn things and the owner encourages you to learn new things.

Dislikes

No work life balance. Not clearing salaries on time. Holding expenses for 4-5 months for no reason. Overall join the company only if you want to spend money from your pocket as at the time of leaving you will know that you didn't get much bt spend from you pocket .

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
