Work environment is not good lot's of politics facing issue regarding leave when you are seak that time also they not give you leave

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue no contact with HR. Work pressure is very high.

Workload is less, but no financial and Professional Growth.

Dislikes

Citi may be a good company, but Management is very poor they don't care about your talent and skills, boot liking is nessary to reach next level with hardwork.
