Work life balance is better than other companies

Dislikes

The work culture is terrible especially for women employees. The firm invests in technology which makes lives more difficult which in turn defeats the purpose of technology altogether. They are not open to new ideas because they are too behind in understanding how the corporate world works in today’s era. Leaders do not take your problems or issues seriously and try to push it under the mat so they don’t have to do anything about it. Work policy: While the policy asks employees fo wfo for 3 days a week, the policy is enforced on a handful of people due to biased behaviour on part of the leaders.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
