I like the diverse workforce that we have and the amazing work culture. The company opens to suggestions from all employees. My colleagues are from diverse backgrounds so I get to learn a lot as we work in collaboration. Here we adopt new technologies as soon as possible and for that company best in-class training as well. The last and main plus point is the work-life balance.

All junior staff are puppets infront of senior management, they dont have any courage to say wrong infront of senior management.
