Career confusion

Hey guys, i am a btech mechanical graduate, year 2023. I got placed in a pharmaceutical company,in maintenance dept, but work here is purely either Documentation or some kind of general management work, nothing related to actual mechanical application. I feel stuck here with no possible growth. What should i focus on, if i want to switch to non pharma company, like automobile or heavy machinery etc. , as a mech grad ?

Very good working for employees to the environment in the manufacturing area at outbreak in covid-19 in india

Salary issues in before 2 yrs also in india covid-19 outbreak all employees are joining the regularly duties and targeted production in monthly basis but not increment for this financial year announced so this is a sad news to down level employees ie sr executive or executive level so company management to be resolved this problem

Dislikes

Very strict on safety. They will terminate you on the spot. If they found you irregular. They will not providing free food and buses facility. I really suffered.
