Overall CIPLA is a good company but I feel it is mismanaged by some decision makers at site and corporate level

Dislikes

Decision makers at site and corporate level are not good. Some Managers (HoDs) are harassing their own team so that stability cannot be created at shop floor and employee want to leave CIPLA at any cost. This instability at shop floor level gives managers excuses to secure their jobs and position. Higher Management is not able to detect this kind of toxic cultures created by some Managers. By the time Higher Management realize and take any actions on these HoDs it will be too late for CIPLA....Read More

Horrible place to work specially the General Counsel there will torture you so much that you will eventually have to see a docter,He shouts and treat you like a bonded labour. I will never suggest anyone to join specially their legal team. If you are considering cipla, never ever work in their legal team, you will repent later, never ever join cipla.

I like the culture which the top management has created around the team. The work should not be the burden but a thing of joy. This message has been communicated through the actions of the top level management

No disliking anything as such, but I think there is a scope for improvement in automation of some of the manual tasks.

Earlier it was best but from last 3 to 4 years I don't know who gives them award of best company to work in.. Now Cipla is not company it is all what DSH will decide.. it is his own company and his policy wherein HRs will listen to DSH not company's policies.. Nothing to like

HRs are not listening to MRs, ABMs. HRs are now seeing how can they listen to their DSH and save his own job.. It is going worst day by day.. MRs are putting 20k to 25k per month to achieve targets so DSH can get promoted in 1 year and MRs family can beg for food on streets as last time in 1 year against HR policy he got promoted asDSH so now again he can..
