Everything depends on management here, if there would be good leader then you are going to learn lots of skills and you enjoy your work. Past few month I'm very disappointed with my new management. Some bad management people join Cipla and people started leaving Cipla, like my boss left Cipla due to poor management. I'm very disappointed with my new management, with their bad behavior.

HRs are not listening to MRs, ABMs. HRs are now seeing how can they listen to their DSH and save his own job.. It is going worst day by day.. MRs are putting 20k to 25k per month to achieve targets so DSH can get promoted in 1 year and MRs family can beg for food on streets as last time in 1 year against HR policy he got promoted asDSH so now again he can.. Recently highest number of people ran away from Cipla as they can't tolerate it...Read More
