Job security is one of the major factor people still working there but don't expect promotions from company.

Cinepolis is the company which is self centred. I thought Cinepolis is the Mexican brand of cinemas and there something change in it but big NO. It still working same as other LALA's indian brands. It can do anything for getting their targets achieved and sales. For SPH, ATP n etc. Auditing is imp. But on high scale is something very difficult for anyone during shift hours. Due to lack of cinema staff I used to handle 2 cinemas from different locations without any major traveling expenses.
