I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. They are treating you like you are study in school there is no cafeteria no coffee and tea provide by company you can not go out from gate twice in a day there is no hierarchy of people position you have to come to the office at 9:30-10:00 but there is no fix time to gi home you have to work 10-12 hour in office and also work at night from home. Very bad experience in this company.
