Terrible experience.Management is only concerned on how to generate more revenue. Internal politics is too high.....no employee morale. Salary won't be credited within 7 days.Lot of employee discretion in this office and management don't even consider it.

Dislikes

No job security. If management decides to replace an employee, they won't even give a proper termination notice. Low employee retention. It is mandatory to work even after working hours till late at night and won't get paid for it. But if we get late to reach office on the morning, salary will be deducted and they don't even have the courtesy to consider the late night works.
