No Psychological safety, no communication on why you've been asked to leave. The standard response is Culturally not fit. No trust in the Top management, they always lie & aren't transparent. Will never let us know the true picture. People who butter the top management are & will be still be there. I wouldn't recommend Cimpress as the company to work with to my friends or relatives. The top management (Director & Operation Managers) didn't know how to run the site at A'bad. They weren't clear if they wanted C2P or ART. We concentrated on the wrong metric. It's the top management's fault while the others are paying for it. They should've been told to leave not the lower rung. Unfortunately that's how it is. After 2.2 years they find I'm not culturally fit, wonder what they were doing for these years. Feedback should've been provided and a chance to improve should've been given....Read More

The work was good, the people were awesome. Business is bleak at the moment at Cimpress. People are paid for not doing anything. We expect another lay off if the status quo doesn't change.
