Good Work Life Balance. Great peers and subordinates very helpful at times.

Dislikes

No Psychological safety, no communication on why you've been asked to leave. The standard response is Culturally not fit. No trust in the Top management, they always lie & aren't transparent. Will never let us know the true picture. People who butter the top management are & will be still be there. I wouldn't recommend Cimpress as the company to work with to my friends or relatives. The top management (Director & Operation Managers) didn't know how to run the site at A'bad. They weren't clear if they wanted C2P or ART. We concentrated on the wrong metric. It's the top management's fault while the others are paying for it. They should've been told to leave not the lower rung. Unfortunately that's how it is. After 2.2 years they find I'm not culturally fit, wonder what they were doing for these years. Feedback should've been provided and a chance to improve should've been given....Read More

Work Details

The work was good, the people were awesome. Business is bleak at the moment at Cimpress. People are paid for not doing anything. We expect another lay off if the status quo doesn't change.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Nothing cimpress india become fraud company by Naukri.com consultant they take interview of candidates online meeting host said I am HR of Cimpress India same HR shruti garg she said I will inform you withing 2 days but after months of wait no email or confirmation from HR not from Consultant who conduct these interviews Shame just shame for HR of Cimpress India for job seekers of India .

Company culture is not good specially in Ahmedabad location for rest of the location's I can't comment. No performence based promotion,no appreciation. Different behaviour with employees those who joined from some You have to work almost 12 hrs not continue but people will approach you very often outside the work hrs. Basics of business are missing completely .
