Work is quite challenging as I have more than 16 branches to handle where connect with each branch is bit difficult. There is too much traveling as one branch is far from the other,but it's ok. We get to meet new clients ,learn new product overall good

One of the best thing about the company was the mentor given to us. He was friendly very motivating and had a vast industry experience. The way he mentored was very unique and he explained complicated things in very simple terms.

Very hectic, No direction from reporting manager. Had to manage alone for work of an executive to AVP. No resources provided as reporting manager was from non technical background and hence she didn’t understand the basics and scope of work in risk mgmt
