Nothing is here to like HR play politics in terms of employee and give wrong feedback very poor. Also corporate HR are good for nothing they belive on plant HR words especially old HR and does not allow new person to upgrade the thinks and does not want anyone above them.

Suddenly change in leadership and a takeover by the MCIE team on April 23 created turmoil in the company; with new leadership with barely any experience in this diecasting field. intentionally targeted team with fake whistleblowers by the HR team& corporate team politically and the result of in a couple of months 120+ members with senior positions left the company and many are approaching for another assignment. The new COO and ED are very arrogant an;d people will find it difficulty to get aligned with their approach and they are not transparent with the parent company as well.
