Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are very good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus , medical every year

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues . salary is decent but career growth is slow

Though the Appointment letter had specific responsibilities, there were additional tasks / exposures which gave me more opportunities and I availed them to enhance my profile.

Dislikes

- Too much favoritism. Immediate Boss will never project your achievements to the Chairman. - Abilities and talents perceived as ,"by luck" and not as a result of efforts. - Movement from one site to other without notice even when operationally not important forcing long distance travels with out reservation. -Second grades are prefe rred during recruitment. -Perks committed in Appointment Letter are not fully honored.Lower scale house and vehicle are given. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> - Uncertain salary payment schedules</mark>.delays up to 60 days are common. - Compromise in safety and quality management....Read More
