Chumbak is a quirky brand, what i loved the most about the brand was the stores, they were well lit and really attractive and fun to work in terms of merchandising.

Dislikes

What i disliked was that, there was less scope of IJT. I worked there for 3 years hoping for one but didn’t get it therefore had to take the decision of leaving it.

The front end management is not good including the store managers and city managers they run the store in a very political way here not at all supportive

IN CHUMBAK it was a great experience too work with the amazing team So many things learned from their. Weekly activities are also good.

Overall Good Experience but the only drawback is salary deduction they do without informing is the only drawback
