At Chrysalis i experienced good work culture and environment. Its a place where good opportunities are given to teachers to enhance their skills. Very supportive school heads, co-ordinators along with supportive team helped me to excel. Well planned curriculum, workshop and other activities organised especially for teachers helped us alot at our workplace.

1. Poor work life balance 2. Neither the admin staff or the teachers have job security. 3. The current Principal who has been appointed in the last year doesn't have that quality to be in that position. She doesn't have even the basic knowledge. She knows only how to unnecessarily argue with the staff and insult and shout at them infront of the colleagues. She is not at all approachable, always try to put blame on others and escape from all the difficult situations. Rather than trying to motivate the staff, she always try to demotivate in all the aspects and try to find fault in each and every thing.
