As having almost 28 years of service in CMC, i would say that CMC provides the safe and quality working environment with a decent delegation of powers. The remuneration perks are satisfactory and sufficient to run a middle class family.

The time given for break was less than 45 minutes per day. It becomes very stress and also Saturday was working day, but half. My travel time is also long.
