It’s been a great challenge for me initially to join as a staff in Christian medical college ...they do not recruite directly ...they do keep theory and practical exams in which except above 70%..then continuing with posting ...working environment is such a gud place to learn about new technological diagnostic methods and treatments...team work wil be amazing no discrimination as physician ,technician ,nurses. ..all work together for the patient wellness ..payment is based on individuals grades ...also much comfortable with other facilities like free treatment for parents as dependent’s ,.....I’m happy to be a part of a such Best institution ..also now it’s much more excited we got nursing excellence accreditation which adds pride to work there .....Read More

I liked the Christian atmosphere.. The salary for nurses is a bit decent than in other private hospitals. Nurses have a bit of respect when compared to other Indian private hospitals. Workplace is a bit cleaner too. There are still mission minded souls residing there. Skills development and future better career scopes- excellent but paid in return of stress Gaining an experience in this hospital would really make you a star in any interview. The bed status and the work experience would make any interviewer even from (western countries) to approach you with respect and would assure decent placement too...Read More

Honestly I hated how the nurses had to forge prescriptions because the doctor is always busy and there is no in-ward pharmacist system in the hospital. The nursing heads (not everyone but the majority I had seen) there only add on to our work, publish new policies and act like self righteous God sent.. The stars for work satisfaction were because I loved the process of nursing people, loved the smile I put across painful faces. Except that, the mental pressure that comes along in that work place deserves nothing better than swearing honestly. (Work time:Every month: 2 weeks day shift, 1 week night and 1 week weird shift between 3-11pm which extends upto 1 am when we leave from there almost everyday) 44 hours/ week...Read More

Staff nurse at a private cancer ward which was not where i asked to be posted. Asked our opinions for name sake and didnt respect it. So ended up leaving. work expectations were too high. cannot work here if you are a perfectionist. Too much workload
