This review is for CMC Hospital based at Ludhiana, Punjab. I hail from Kerala and i was so excited to land a job at CMCH Lushiana, but little did i know what was in store for me there... Practically nothing much to like here but only disappointments.

If you need to climb the ladder of promotion then be ready to appease your incharge who practically knows nothing and is head of unit by virtue of heirarchy .... Horrible work culture..

Recognition of staffs is very less inspite of working in the front line, therapists technicians are equally important in a team just like doctors and nurses, but their recognition is comparatively very less inspite of playing a vital role in the team and also helping doctors and research scholars in their research.
