There should be facilities for female faculties to taking care of there child during this pendmic situations while working in tough time.

This institute is not government funded ,it is self financed consequently so many constraints to set up huge and well equipped laboratories for research purposes.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
