Its about - Central Campus - Bangalore 90% of the colleagues have Good Culture. Well educated environment to work. Green Campus. Comfortable to work and collaborate with others (Most of them will receive you with pleasant smile). Most of the Seniors are friendly and supportive. If they (seniors) sense that you have a good scope outside(If you are knowledgeable and will have a bright future outside), they will not hesitate to push/Kick you out. People will be there to support you always. You can learn a lot as a fresher. You will always Salary on the first day of the month. Food during Training Camps will be very good. Work Stress is too much... especially for New joiners and Junior Professors. It will be very difficult to handle it for first few years. You will definitely end up in spending more on Medical. No Job Security. Even after getting confirmation, you may be asked to leave within 4 or 5 days (Based on the mood of your immediate reporting authority, the Head) Comfort Zone - if you started loving this environment, you will stick to it and will not move out. Everyone talks about research but they will not let you do it. They still think that research is your individual development but they will speak different. Its very difficult to upskill(to industry standards) yourself if you join here... you will not have time... and updated ones will not stick here.
