I m in site execution Dept,where I Install Our Water Systems mainly Purified water generator,Pre-treatment System ,WFi and PS along with its distribution.The job needs leading a team of 10-15 people on Site .

Christ Nishotech became my second home during my journey with the company of 3 years. I began with the company as a trainee and left the company when I had a trainee. As the company was growing, I had a privilege to work on all the processes of the company. The best part about the company is that your growth requirements will always be heard. It's not just about development of skill sets, but about the growth you would have as a person. Who would be in a better position to give review about the company, than the ex-employees who rejoined the company knowing the fact that it has the best work culture. Yes, like million other companies even cn has some drawbacks but the overall goodness of the work culture makes you feel at home. Well, there is not much to dislike about the company, still the work way it handles work pressures as well as the compensation and designation it provides to its employees should be improved.... That is the only reason for dissatisfaction amongst majority of the employees
