This is one of the best institution which helps to balance our personal life and professional life. And the environment we are working is calm and peaceful. We are surrounded with such beautiful people filled with knowledge and love..

Dislikes

Comparatively growth is little slow as well the compensation, sometimes we work over time, the work is appreciated and valued but at the same time there must be some monetary or non monetary benefits provided.

Too much politics... management should think wisely and take decisions rather just listening to the misinformation given by few jealous noknowledge staff. One of the best and reputed school in Bangalore. Facilitators gets the freedom to input their creativity in curricular and non-curricular activities. Head of the institution and colleagues are very supportive and Helpful . The ambience and welcoming nature of the staffs motivates anyone who enter the school compound. Appraisal /salary depends upon the performance of individuals.
