Arrogant seniors in the system (Not worthy to be called as leaders). Only they decide what you should do. When I worked there, I needed support / guidance at work as I was unable to give my best owing to hard personal phase that I was going through and even discussed with my 'spineless' manager. He never supported me. You will have to work on saturdays. you will be expected to work on public holidays (I was asked about how much work did I do in 4 days of pongal holidays!). the top guy asked me this question. You can imagine the culture of the organization! Was forced to come to office in peak covid days (the top guy felt wfh is equal to holidaying) Had tough time getting leave approvals, Overall an organization that you must avoid. do not ruin your career here....Read More
