Worst manegement and HR department ,dirty office environment . Senior have no manners, no value for skills and talent. 365 days working, mi day , collection day , disbursement day , and morning 7 am conference call are foolish.

Work environment worst , full pressure to sell other products if your background is from loan and they will pressurise you to do collection and sell motor insurance, concall from higher level is very terrible 5-6 con call in a day , bosses doesn't support junior level employees always pressurise them no job time they will tell you should work from 9 am in the morning and no time till night . Just some people don't know how to collaborate with people, they are just interested in playing dirty politics to show Management how better are they from other people. Senior people get easily influenced by others and make their opinion about sincere peoples.
