Wrost company ever.. Mumbai head is not a proper person named Amar Bijur. He is not giving insensitive to other staff people.Company providing incentive to mumbai office but locally there is no any chance for increment,life change and most importantly they are not providing training properly to the new joinee engineer..they just want donkey work..so no chance of skill development..Yearly increment is there only 10% but note: only on actual salary wich is half of the salary.. and that increment will start after 2 3 month of next year..means all the system are lazy and like government office. Very boaring company..no increment..no incentive..boss is lier..he is not a technical person but he is ruling the mumbai office..so company continues going in loss.. special audit department. Please don't refer the same company..MAIN THING, U WILL NOT GET LAST SALARY WHEN YOU WILL LEAVE COMPANY AS PER RULE(PROVIDE 1 MONTH NOTICE PERIOD) so all Engineers and staff leaving company after salary without informing..thery are not providing an EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE.. 1 MORE THING, THERE IS A VERY SENIOR AND EXPERIENCE PERSON ,HIS QUALIFICATION IS 12TH COMMERCE..AND HE IS DOING ELECTRICAL AUDIT AS A ELECTRICAL SENIOR ENGINEER AND GUIDE ALL NEW JOINED ENGINEER..HAHAHAHA..NOW YOU CAN UNDERSTAND THE STANDARD OF COMPANY.. company dont have their own office or property in mumbai.office is on rent....Read More

The company is good for fresher's who wanted to learn new technology but pay scale for experienced/fresher's is not much good. Management is much concentrate on old employee and policies are only for new employees. But point of technology it's great place and seniors are very co-operative. Appraisal is not much good.

Politics of management, partiality is too much.
