Toxic work culture , toxic managers, one hitler is sitting in his cabin and giving orders to staffs even he forces his own work on others. God save Hemant ji. E-com head is also toxic. HR are meant to save the company not employees hence proved. A single leaf doesn't move without Ceo's approval. salary is paid in 3 emi's 🤣🤣🤣 Operation head and ARM's are clown. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
