Culture is good but otherwise, their interview process sucks.

Dislikes

Their HR team does not know how to shortlist candidates and what parameters to apply before wasting someone's time in the interview. They will conduct 4-5 rounds at their Rajpura campus, won't reimburse your travel allowance and ghost you on the Results. They don't pay good salaries as well and will candidate shop all the time</mark>. Stay away if you are professional and don't want to waste your time....Read More

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
