The parents appreciation received about the school administration and activities of my branch were mostly unnoticed during appraisals.Training few inexperienced staff and regular commuting between two branches was painful.Reporting to too many bosses is a major constraint. Growth is very slow.

Disgusting attitude of HR and admin department toward teachers. Teaching is supposed to be a noble profession, but teachers are not respected and treated in a demeaning manner by school administration. Teachers live under constant pressure and fear as they are blamed for every little thing. The school has hundreds of rules for teachers but barely any for the students. Also, academic staff isn't paid very well. It's a toxic environment....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
