Nothing to say much. As a private institute no job security. No increments in last four years. Working environment is good, but for those who are interested to work enthusiast it is little difficult. In work- life balance it's tilting more towards work only. Workaholics will be adjusted here more easily. So no question of innovations.

Dislikes

I personally can't dislike anything. Because I am the person who is working here without any argument.

Work Details

Not hectic but now becoming boaring.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
