It's the worst experience The atmosphere is very toxic and stressful for employees Not good for mental and professional well being. No chance to perform and work independently. You can not decide on your own and don't have any right to act independent. The leadership is so bad and discouraging. No growth at all rather you tend to loose self confidence and patience. Chintan has one of the most toxic work cultures I have ever been a part of. There is a weird hierarchy that plays within the organisation much like class hierarchy. The top management of the organisation including the founder have little respect or consideration for employees and are often condescending in their treatment.
