Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

It's the worst experience The atmosphere is very toxic and stressful for employees Not good for mental and professional well being. No chance to perform and work independently. Chintan has one of the most toxic work cultures I have ever been a part of. There is a weird hierarchy that plays within the organisation much like class hierarchy. The top management of the organisation including the founder have little respect or consideration for employees and are often condescending in their treatment. Everything ,like its a one person show. Employees are treated like bonded labour and you can't have any voice . You can be thrown out anytime. A atmosphere full of fear.
