China Telecom empowers its employees to learn, evolve and improve at the policy level. The work culture is very friendly supporting each other and achieving the deliverables.

Dislikes

Due to project delivery and strict timelines sometimes work-life balance gets disturbed however the support of authorities and sense of responsibility that is instilled by the institution is remarkable.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
