There is no job security here in Chimate technology pvt ltd Dinesh kundu (HR) is the most pathetic person you will come accross in this company.

First of all there is no work in this company. The production manager, Arvind Kumar Patel is like Hitler, always sitting at your head for work.

In general the projects, job security is fine

Dislikes

Compensation is the worst HR and their policies are non existing in the company. I actually doubt if the HR is working or not for example today they announce that the appraisal will be delayed by a month which they could have informed a month ago. Also salary will be credited late, they will say 5th of every month and if it falls on weekends or holidays they will credit after the holidays and weekends. How insane is that?...Read More
