I love to work bcz I have so many things learn in my life about hospitality and form mangers as well my staff members they all teach me very nice.

On weekends restaurant was fully busy with guest bcz of that I was getting many compliant on a table as well on full day .

Chillis is a very important path to success... It is in the hands of the employee that how he thinks comes to work... There are also 2 types of employees... (1)- Does an employee think that his job serves the society or waits for his 9-hour shift to be completed? (2)- Or an employee thinks that my household expenses are covered fromhere, this is my restaurant or helps my community or also takes care of caring, cleaning or cost….
