The work. It is academic and what you work on will help a student learn.

No pay scale, no designation or promotion. You'll not be trained after joining but quality work is expected since day one. Hard work and good ideas don't matter; who you spend your time with does. Zero team work. Only way to get above is by blaming another and oiling managers.

Work Details

Editorial work is boring, dull but challenging. I tried to pitch ideas, tried to work hard but the company only looks at those who are elder (not senior by work but elder by age). The whole editorial section is very egoistic.

not many things to like. ambience is good. first few days you will feel good after that it becomes very regular. teammates are quite good and helpful.

Dislikes

salary/appraisal is very poor but considering the industry standard you can't complain much. the is practically no growth of your career. you can work here until you get something better. teammates are quite good and helpful, sometimes creepy too.
